With the recent issuance of Decree 5226/21 regulating Law 6324/19, which provides for Paraguayan government guarantees for electrical energy distribution and transmission works, the National Electricity Administration (ANDE) is gearing up to tender landmark energy projects. At this seminar we will discuss the chief aspects of these new rules, how they compare with Law 5074, and what projects will be tendered soon.
