FERRERE advised Adama, a global leader in the agribusiness sector, on its entry to the Bolivian market. The company produces and markets herbicides, insecticides and fungicides for agriculture in over 45 countries.

While Adama products were already present in the country through its local partner, it recently formally launched operations with a subsidiary in Bolivia.

FERRERE’s advice included obtaining all operating registrations, as well as health registrations for various commercial products, which will allow it to operate fully in the country.

FERRERE’s work was led by its managing partner in Bolivia, Diego Villarroel, together with a team of practitioners that included Natalia Villarroel, Alejandra Vaca and Camila Hurtado.
