The lender group comprises IDB Invest, in its role as global financial coordinator; International Finance Corporation (IFC); European Investment Bank; FMO – Dutch Development Bank; and Green Climate Fund.
FERRERE’S advice was led by partner Carlos Vasconsellos and counsel Claudia Arietti. The team also included Yamina Centurión, Luana Fretes, Magali Fernández and Erika Giménez.
