The FERRERE regional Arbitration team was recognized once again in the eighteenth edition of the GAR 100 guide prepared by Global Arbitration Review, the specialized legal publication.

GAR 100 aims to identify and recognize the firms with the greatest experience, reputation and work volume in arbitration, evaluated based on research into their history and their current activity. For this edition, 218 firms from 57 countries were included on the list, among which FERRERE was distinguished as one of 20 Latin American firms and the only one in Paraguay and Uruguay.

Specifically, GAR spotlighted FERRERE as the first South American firm to expand regionally without the backing of a foreign firm, in addition to recognizing its expertise in advising the construction, energy and mining sectors. It also underscores FERRERE’s skill in handling the complexities of international arbitration, as well as the specifics of the regulatory frameworks in the countries where it has a presence.

Finally, the publication recognized the work of FERRERE practitioners Sandra González, leader of the regional Dispute Resolution team, Soledad Díaz, Alejandro Pintos, Diego Villarroel and Miguel Saguier.

Our team leaders:

  • Uruguay: Sandra González, Alejandro Pintos, Soledad Díaz, Martín Rosati
  • Paraguay: Nestor Loizaga, Miguel Saguier, Raúl Pereira
  • Bolivia: Diego Villarroel
