Global Arbitration Review, the prestigious British publication, has once again highlighted FERRERE and its regional Arbitration team, in the seventeenth edition of its GAR 100 guide.
To distinguish the most outstanding firms in the discipline, GAR 100 is prepared based on research into the firms with the best reputations and largest number and variety of arbitrations. As a result of its audit, in this edition the publication has selected 207 firms in 52 countries, and FERRERE is spotlighted as one of the 18 Latin American firms included on the list, and the only one in Uruguay.
GAR recognizes FERRERE, with offices in Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay, as the only South American firm having undertaken a cross-border expansion “without the backing of a foreign firm,” and notes that it is appreciated by clients for providing "a top-level service which sets it apart from others in Uruguay and the region".
The guide also recognizes the work of the FERRERE practitioners Sandra González, leader of the firm’s regional Dispute Resolution team, Soledad Díaz, Alejandro Pintos, Diego Villarroel and Miguel Saguier.
