At a gala held last Friday, November 22, 2024, FERRERE received three awards from the prestigious British publication, Chambers and Partners:
- “Client Service Award” in Uruguay.
- “Highly Commended”, for the category "Pro Bono: Outstanding Firm" for its three jurisdictions: Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay.
- Matías Chaves was recognized as a “Future Leader” in Diversity and Inclusion.
The “Client Service Award”, derived from the rigorous research conducted for the Chambers guide for Latin America, attests to the personalized, fast and quality service that the firm offers its clients to boost their business.
Meanwhile, the “Pro Bono: Outstanding Firm” category recognizes the firms' dedication to positively impacting their communities through pro bono initiatives and the volunteer work of its professionals. Through its impact platform, FERRERE Transforma, the firm contributes to the sustainability of the organizations it supports, while seeking to generate opportunities for people in vulnerable contexts.
Finally, the “Future Leader” recognition in Diversity and Inclusion highlights Chaves' hard work with national authorities to promote legislative reforms for the benefit of gender equality and the empowerment of people with disabilities.
The publication assessed, during the last year, the main successes, developments and innovations of the different law firms, weighted according to the opinion of their clients and the feedback of professionals from more than 200 jurisdictions.
