IP Stars, an international Intellectual Property publication, has once again recognized attorney Montserrat Puente, the leader of our IP team in Paraguay, in its 2025 edition of The Rising Stars in IP.
The ranking, created in 2018, distinguishes the most outstanding rising practitioners in the sector, based on research specially conducted for the IP Stars ranking and the Managing IP Awards.
With over 15 years of Intellectual Property experience, Montserrat advises local and international clients and participates actively in the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Inter-American Intellectual Property Association (ASIPI), where she is a member of different working committees.
