Adriana has broad experience in corporate labor advice to local and international companies, covering matters such as contract preparation and review, termination of employment, application of penalties, participation in labor due diligence processes, contract suspensions, and negotiation of labor agreements, inter alia.

She has developed her professional career in both the private sector and the public sector, where she worked at the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice. In 2019 she was assistant professor for the course in Civil Procedural Law I at the School of Law and Social Sciences of Universidad Nacional de Asunción.

Adriana graduated as attorney cum laude from the School of Law and Social Sciences of Universidad Nacional de Asunción in 2017. In 2018, she obtained the degree of Notary Public and graduated as specialist in University Teaching from the same university. She is also a specialist in Labor Law and Practice from Instituto Superior de Formación Tributaria, Comercial y Administrativa (FOTRIEM), where she ranked first in her class.

In July 2024, Adriana completed an LLM in Law and Technology in Europe at Utrecht University, Netherlands, where she focused on subjects such as labor law, data protection, and the impact of technology on the current legal environment.
