She focuses on advising international and local public and private companies on the development, construction and operation of Energy & Infrastructure projects in the country (including wind and solar parks, transmission lines, construction of social infrastructure and transportation projects).
She has participated actively on the advisory team to financing entities including the Inter-American Development Bank, Corporación Andina de Fomento and DEG - Deutsche Investitions - und Entwicklungsgesellschaft MBH, on Energy & Infrastructure project financing. This has allowed her to accrue significant experience over the last ten years.
Agustina graduated as attorney from Universidad Católica de Uruguay (2011). She obtained her Master of Laws with specialization in International Environmental and Energy Law from American University Washington College of Law (2021), and was selected as part of that program to do an internship at the World Bank’s Doing Business Department.
Agustina worked as Foreign Associate at Holland & Knight (June 2022- June 2023).
