Her practice includes advice on occupational health, safety and hygiene, hiring, business reorganization, labor policy design, benefit planning, as well as union negotiations in cases of collective conflicts and social security matters.
She also specializes in litigation at court and in alternative dispute resolution.
She collaborates with companies on matters related to contracting personnel and provides advice on compliance with current labor, social security and hygiene rules. She also has experience in advising international companies and assists them on labor and social security dispute resolution.
She has participated in corporate acquisition processes, forming part of legal due diligence teams handling review, analysis and detection of labor and social security contingencies.
She studied law at Universidad Católica (Uruguay), where she earned her degree as attorney in 2013, and was an instructor in Private International Law in 2014 and 2015 at the same university.
