In the corporate area she actively participates in the organization, winding up and liquidation of commercial companies. She has also advised on company regulatory inspections by the Corporate Oversight Authority (AEMP).

Alejandra is also actively involved in M&A processes, particularly in conducting due diligence procedures to verify compliance with corporate good governance rules by a variety of companies. and their general administrative matters.

She is experienced in company law, regulatory and commercial areas, including drafting and review of diverse types of contracts and legal reports, as well as advising on and developing business ventures.

She has experience in arbitration and has assisted on commercial arbitration processes related primarily to the construction and energy sectors. She also coaches the arbitration team of Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra (UPSA) on diverse arbitration moots.

She earned her degree in Law, with honors, from Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra (UPSA) in 2022. She holds a diploma in Contracts and International Judicial Litigation from Universidad Austral.
