Her practice focuses on advice and implementation of all types of civil and commercial agreements. She specializes in urban and rural real estate transactions, purchase contracts, leases and guarantees, and has particular experience in ship purchase agreements.

Her practice also includes participation in advising and structuring condominium real estate projects, gated communities, as well as  rural property subdivisions.

Particularly noteworthy projects have involved her advising Google on setting up in Uruguay, as well as several financial trusts, including Platinum (Cosmos), Inversiones y Rentas Inmobiliarias, Bosques de las Serranías, and CasasUru, a social interest housing trust.

Alexandra earned her degree as notary public from Universidad de la República (Uruguay) and is a member of the Association of Notaries of Uruguay (AEU).
