Her practice focuses on day-to-day labor advice to local and international companies; preparation and application of labor and civil contracts for provision of services, works and related arrangements; company labor audits; involvement in corporate human resources and personnel management issues; negotiating and drafting agreements with workers; due diligence procedures for international companies interested in acquiring local companies; obtainment of telecommunication services licenses; homologation of telecommunications equipment; and advice on telecom regulatory matters.

In her practice, Ana has participated in advising numerous important companies operating in the Paraguayan market, including local and multinational corporations in diverse sectors, including: industry, shipping, telecommunications, technology, agribusiness, call centers, representation, distribution and sales companies, and banking entities, among others.

Before joining FERRERE, she worked in the Judiciary as intern at a Civil and Commercial Court of First Instance of the Capital.

Ana Echauri graduated as attorney specializing in Private Law from Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción (Paraguay) in 2023.
