Belén has broad experience in advising local and international companies in matters related to the organization and operation of companies, corporate restructuring processes, mergers and acquisitions, transformations, demergers, shareholder agreements, and dissolution and liquidation of companies. She regularly advises companies in diverse sectors on their day-to-day operations and special projects.

She obtained a Master’s Degree in Law and Business (LL.M) with a specialization in Legal Technology at Bucerius Law School in collaboration with WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany. During her LL.M., she was part of the dispute resolution team at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. She was also involved in the areas of corporate law (M&A and global transactions), competition and ESG.

She graduated as attorney and notary public from the School of Law and Social Sciences of Universidad Nacional de Asunción. She also holds a specialization in university teaching from the School of Philosophy of Universidad Nacional de Asunción.
