Her practice centers on comprehensive advice to local and foreign companies on labor and social security matters, including labor litigation and procedures at the Labor Administration, as well a preparation and review of employment policies, benefit planning, hiring and individual negotiations, among other areas.

She collaborates with companies on matters related to hiring personnel, regularization with government bodies, and compliance with current legislation. She also advises international companies, collaborating with them in connection with labor and social security conflicts.

She has participated in various corporate acquisition processes as a member of legal due diligence teams for review, analysis and detection of labor and social security contingencies.

She earned her degree as attorney from Universidad de Montevideo (Uruguay) in December 2022, and is currently enrolled in a graduate program in Applied Labor Law at the same university.
