In the corporate area she has experience in the drafting and analysis of corporate documents and matters, taking part in the incorporation of companies, opening of foreign branches and corporate restructurings.  Furthermore, she is also experienced in the dissolution and liquidation of companies and has participated in the development of business promotions.

Camila participates in the drafting and review of contracts for the rendering of legal opinions on commercial and corporate matters in general, as part of the preventive and advisory services in matters of compliance.

As for her labor practice, she has participated in advising national and foreign clients with respect to the prevention of labor risks and social security, in addition to having been involved in consultations and migratory processes of important multinational companies that transfer their workers to Bolivia.

Camila has an active participation in the pro bono advisory program.

She earned her degree as an attorney from Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra - UPSA, where she graduated with honors.
