Her professional practice focuses on comprehensive advice to local and international companies, including preparation and application of employment contracts and similar documents, labor audits, and strategic management of human resources, as well as application of penalties, contract suspensions, implementation of internal policies, administrative investigations and personnel restructurings.
She also participates in negotiating and drafting agreements with employees, adaptations of international policies and programs to local law, advising on individual and collective termination processes, and compliance with labor and social security regulations. She also provides assistance on labor inspections and training of companies in labor law matters.
She was formerly a member of the FERRERE judicial litigation department, where she managed different labor disputes.
She earned her degree as attorney in 2021 from Universidad Nacional de Asunción (Paraguay), where she graduated with honors. In 2022 she graduated as Notary Public from the same institution.
Before joining FERRERE, she was a paralegal in the Labor and Social Security Law area at a renowned law firm.
