She specializes in company law, finance and regulatory advice to local and international companies.
Carla’s practice focuses on comprehensive advice to business companies on their organization, reorganization and operating development in Bolivia. She assists companies in diverse sectors on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, authorization of regulated activities, and compliance with sector-specific requirements. She also advises on structuring of financing transactions and regulated financial transactions.
She has solid experience in Corporate Oversight Authority inspections processes and in regulatory contingency management, as well as in recurrent company law advice to local and multinational companies. Her practice also includes assistance on environmental regulatory matters, where she provides strategic support to companies and organizations on compliance with sector regulations.
Before joining FERRERE she was part of the corporate, M&A and financial law team at a recognized law firm for four years, where she participated in local and transnational transactions for company organization and maintenance, corporate restructurings, and regulation of financing activities.
Carla earned her degree as attorney summa cum laude and with a concentration in Business Law from Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra (2023). She also holds diplomas in International Contracts and Litigation (Universidad Austral) and in Higher Education (UAGRM Business School).
