His practice focuses on the corporate area, where he has experience in preparing and analyzing corporate documents and matters. He participates in the organization of companies, opening of foreign branches and corporate transformations. He also has experience in company dissolution and liquidation processes, as well as due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions of local and foreign companies.

He collaborates on drafting and revising contracts for issuance of legal opinions on general commercial and corporate matters, as part of the firm’s preventive and consulting advice on compliance issues.

He has experience in the tax area and actively participates in advising local and international companies, providing legal support on a variety of tax aspects.

He regularly collaborates on preparing, processing and tracking procedures for protection of intellectual property. His experience includes preparation of trademark applications, renewals, changes to registrations, etc.

Before joining Ferrere, he worked with one of the largest national metalworking companies, where he did his professional internship and provided support on the preparation of documents and general administrative matters.

He completed Law studies at Universidad Nur at Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia), where he earned his degree as attorney in January 2023.
