He regularly assists local and foreign companies on structuring, negotiation and implementation of acquisition transactions, corporate reorganizations and asset restructurings, as well as design and implementation of the appropriate legal vehicles for their business activities in Bolivia.

He has experience in due diligence procedures, preparation of share and asset purchase agreements, internal reorganizations, and other legal instruments related to corporate operations.

His work also includes advice on company law compliance, corporate governance, and organization of efficient corporate structures in line with the Bolivian regulatory framework.
