Claudia Arietti is a counsel in FERRERE’s Asuncion office. Her practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions for local and international clients.

She has experience advising multilateral organizations, local and foreign companies and financial institutions in matters involving foreign investment, commercial and distribution agreements, bilateral and syndicated, secured and unsecured loans, banking and stock exchange regulations.

Claudia was a Fulbright Scholarship grantee during her LL.M. studies at New York University, and in 2016, she was awarded an NYU International Finance and Development Fellowship at the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) in Geneva.

Mrs. Arietti is also member of the board of directors of the Fulbright Paraguay Association and is chair of the board of directors of UWC Paraguay National Committee.
