She is a part of the Intellectual Property and Regulatory team, advising local and international clients on those subjects.
Cynthia advises local and international clients on managing and protecting their intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks and copyrights. Her practice also involves advising clients on compliance with regulatory requirements for obtaining authorizations, permits and registrations with regulatory agencies for pharmaceutical specialties, foods, seeds, agrochemicals, animal-origin products and others.
Before joining FERRERE Paraguay she worked at the National Intellectual Property Office as a trademark professional, handling trademarks, patents, industrial drawings and models, geographical indications, copyrights, etc. She was also a member of a recognized boutique law firm specializing in intellectual property.
Her experience affords her broad knowledge of both the public and private sectors.
She earned her degree as attorney from Universidad Nacional de Asunción (Paraguay) in 2015, and a diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from Universidad Católica de Asunción (Paraguay) in 2019.
Cynthia is also a member of INTA.
