Daniela María Arteaga Careaga

Daniela María Arteaga Careaga’s professional practice includes dispute resolution, intellectual property and regulatory law areas.

She provides intellectual property services, focusing on trademark registration and defense.


In dispute resolution she has experience in handling judicial processes, primarily civil, commercial and administrative procedures. She also has training and experience in commercial arbitration, and completed the full first edition of the Commercial Arbitrators Training Program conducted by the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the National Chamber of Commerce.


She earned her degree in Law, magna cum laude, from Universidad Católica Boliviana San Pablo. During her law training she participated in different national and international commercial arbitration competitions, where she was recognized for her drafting and oratory skills.
