Diego Durán is a member of the FERRERE Real Estate and Corporate and Commercial team and since joining the firm in 2008 has focused on advice to important agribusinesses. Among his clients are Global Forest Partners, SJ Uruguay Farms, Cambium Forestal Uruguay, and Adecoagro, among others.

In recent years he has participated in the most important land purchase and mortgage guaranty transactions in Uruguay. He has also actively collaborated on due diligence procedures and has been involved in closing numerous land deals.

Durán also has significant recognized experience in complex matters of succession law, including wills and testaments, partitions, and estate management.
