Ermidas focuses his practice on comprehensive advice to local and foreign companies on labor and social security matters, including labor disputes and procedures at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.

He also advises clients on work health, safety and hygiene, labor law compliance, employment, business decentralization processes and drafting of labor agreements. He also participates actively in labor disputes.

In 2024 he graduated as attorney from the Law School of Universidad de la República (Uruguay).
