With solid experience in company law and corporate governance, Estefanía focuses on providing comprehensive legal advice to local and international companies, helping them to efficiently manage their corporate structures and meet their strategic objectives.

Her advice covers all key aspects of the corporate life cycle, from company organization to reorganization processes, including shareholders agreements, mergers and acquisitions. She has advised companies such as Roche, Grupo Bimbo, Andritz and Aleph Group, guiding them on their day-to-day operations as well as on complex and strategic projects.

Estefanía has broad experience in managing transactions, due diligence processes, advice on obtaining investor affidavits, purchase and sale of participations, capital increases, and corporate restructuring processes, always with a results-oriented approach and in line with the companies’ strategic objectives.

She studied Law at Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción (Paraguay), graduating as attorney in 2020. She also earned the degree of Notary Public at the same institution in 2021, in addition to a degree in International Relations in 2019.
