Federico Rodríguez Puig is a member of FERRERE’s Company, Corporate and Commercial team.

His practice involves day-to-day advice to local and international companies on current company and corporate law aspects of their operations. This includes bylaws amendments, capital transactions, equity structurings, dissolution and liquidation of business companies, and shareholder agreements.  He is also involved in drafting and analysis of contracts.  

He was a member of the first arbitration team representing the Law School of Universidad de la República (Uruguay) successfully competing in the 9th International Arbitration Competition held at Universidad de Montevideo (Uruguay), 2016.

For two years he participated actively in the Consumer Relations Center of Universidad de la República, as Moderator in the 9th and 10th International Consumer Relations Seminars at Universidad de la República, 2013 and 2014.
