Her practice focuses on M&A transactions, corporate financing and competition.

Fernanda has participated in high-profile deals, including local and regional mergers and acquisitions, and syndicated and secured financing transactions for the project development and strengthening of the agricultural sector. In her most outstanding deals she has collaborated with financial institutions such as IDB Invest, DEG, Finnfund and the Andean Development Corporation, among others.

Additionally, Fernanda, regularly advises corporate clients on competition matters, including analysis of potential anti-competitive effects in contractual relationships and assistance on economic concentration transactions.

In the academic sphere she is an instructor in Facts and Acts, as well as in Obligations, at the Law School of Universidad Nacional de Asunción.

During her years of study, Fernanda represented Universidad Nacional de Asunción in different international arbitration competitions, with outstanding performance.

Fernanda obtained her law degree from Universidad Nacional de Asunción in 2021, where she graduated with honors.
