Fernando Mora is a member of the FERRERE Litigation department in Paraguay. He earned his degree as attorney with honors from Universidad Nacional de Asunción (2011) and is currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Civil and Procedural Law at Universidad Americana (Paraguay).

His practice focuses on managing judicial litigations handled by the firm, and he is personally involved in procedural steps, specifically in controlling and managing civil and commercial disputes.

In the years prior to joining FERRERE he worked with the law firm of BKM | Berkemeyer, where he was in charge of a portfolio of approximately 800 collection actions at different judicial stages, in the period 2018-2020.
