His practice focuses on day-to-day advice to local and international companies; preparation and application of employment and related contracts; corporate labor due diligence procedures; involvement in human resource and personnel management matters; negotiating and drafting agreements with workers; and due diligence procedures for international firms interested in acquiring local companies.
He has also participated in advising numerous important companies operating in the Paraguayan market, including local and multinational firms active in diverse sectors such as industry, shipping, technology, agribusiness, call centers, representation, distribution and sales, and banking entities, among others.
Before joining FERRERE he was a government employee, first as an intern at Labor Appeals Court 3 of Asunción, and later as Legal Assistant at the Institute for Environmental Law and Economics. Just prior to becoming a member of the firm he was a Legal Assistant at the human resources company LA OFFI S.A., covering a full range of Labor Law matters.
Fernando Valdovinos earned his degree as Attorney from the Law School of Universidad Nacional de Asunción (Paraguay) in 2020.
In addition, Fernando graduated as Notary Public from the Law School of Universidad Nacional de Asunción in 2021.
