Her practice focuses on advice to local and international companies on matters related to corporate organization and functioning, restructuring processes, special projects, and day-to-day operations in general. 

She graduated with honors from Universidad Católica “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción” (UCA) in 2023, with emphasis on Private Law. 

During her years as a student, Gianella was a member of the FERRERE Labor and Immigration team, where she participated in day-to-day advice to local companies on labor law issues and immigration in general.
