Guillermo leads the FERRERE company law and corporate governance practice in Paraguay.
With solid training in analyzing and resolving complex legal problems, yielding significant benefits for clients, his experience covers a wide range of aspects, from company organization to preparation and negotiation of shareholder agreements, through restructurings, investments, capitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, company dissolutions, dispute resolution and advice on strategic transactions.
Guillermo regularly advises companies like Fapasa, JBS Leather, Tempel, and Starlink, among others, on their day-to-day operations and their special projects.
During his years with the firm, Guillermo represented Universidad Nacional de Asunción (Paraguay) in the international arbitration competition held in Bogotá, Colombia, in the year 2018.
He studied law at the School of Law and Social Sciences of Universidad Nacional de Asunción and graduated with honors as attorney in 2019. He also specialized in university teaching at the School of Philosophy of Universidad Nacional de Asunción.
In the years prior to joining FERRERE, he was a member of another law firm where he was engaged in company law, contract, labor and litigation law work.
