His practice focuses on local and international personal and property family litigation, domestic and gender violence proceedings, and matters involving persons in vulnerable situations.
Guillermo represents and advises clients on litigious matters related to delicate family situations, family companies, local and international estate planning and litigation, among other complex disputes.
He also has experience in civil, commercial and bankruptcy litigation.
He has worked with the FERRERE Company Law, Corporate and Commercial department, providing day-to-day advice to local and international companies on recurrent company law and corporate aspects of their operations. For example, Guillermo has advised on bylaws amendments, capital transactions, business company organization, dissolution and liquidation, as well as drafting and analyzing commercial and civil contracts.
He is the author of scholarly articles and also actively participates in diverse academic activities in his areas of interest.
He has participated as tutor to students in the Liceo Jublilar secondary school tutorship program, and has collaborated pro bono with the legal clinic of the National Office for Support to Released Persons. He has also worked for the United Nations in the context of diverse humanitarian assistance projects.
