Her legal practice focuses on providing day-to-day legal advice to companies and organizations, primarily on labor and social security matters, assisting with both recurring issues and more complex and strategically relevant matters. 

Her experience includes advising companies on compliance with labor and social security regulations, as well as on the review, drafting and negotiation of contracts, agreements and other legal instruments, both in the private and public sectors.

She also has experience in the negotiation and management of labor matters, including individual and collective negotiations, as well as in the prevention and management of labor and union-related disputes and litigation. 

She has participated in internal reorganizations, advising on implementation of changes and management of their labor and legal implications.

She has participated on legal due diligence teams in company acquisition processes, assisting with the review, analysis and identification of labor and social security contingencies, as well as with risk assessment and preparation of recommendations for decision-making.

She also has experience in training and coaching professionals and teams on regulations, leadership and other practice areas.
