Her professional practice focuses on advising national and international companies on corporate and commercial legal matters. As part of her work, she is actively involved in issues related to corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), distribution agreements, construction contracts, trusts, shareholder agreements, and more.

Additionally, Josefina has experience in the planning and development of family business protocols, advising Paraguayan and international clients on the drafting of family business agreements, and integrating these agreements into protocols, shareholder agreements, and corporate restructurings.

Before joining FERRERE, Josefina worked as a legal Clerk at other law firms in Asunción, where she handled various civil and commercial litigation cases.

Josefina completed her law degree at the School of Law and Social Sciences of the National University of Asunción in 2024. During her academic years, she was part of the National University of Asunción’s team in an international arbitration competition, contributing as a writer. She also participated in several courses, seminars, and conferences on international arbitration and comparative law.
