He holds a Master’s in Advanced Legal Sciences with a focus on Criminal Liability of Legal Entities from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in the city of Barcelona.

We worked for eight years in the Judiciary (2008-2015) at Civil and Commercial Courts of First Instance in Asunción. Following that, and before joining FERRERE, he worked for more than five years (2015-2020) defending the interests of the Paraguayan State at the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic, as Deputy Attorney.

Since joining the firm his practice has focused on civil, commercial and administrative litigation where he represents businesses (local and foreign) as well as individuals engaged in different areas of activity.

He participates regularly in highly complex court cases relating to contracts, collections, actions for unconstitutionality and tender challenges, along with administrative investigations and litigation.
