He specializes in tax, customs and general corporate advice to local clients and multinational corporations with business in Uruguay, from the organization process through to their day-to-day operations.

He also participates in counseling companies on regulatory queries and strategic planning to defend their interests vis-a-vis government authorities, responding to notices, bringing administrative appeals and claims for nullity of administrative acts before the Administrative Claims Court.

Juan Manuel has prior experience advising on a broad range of issues for local and foreign companies in Labor and Social Security matters, including labor litigation and procedures before the Labor Administration.
