Katerina Fernández

Katerina Fernández Demarco has been a member of the FERRERE Tax team since 2024, providing advice to a local and foreign clients on a broad variety of matters.

She specializes in tax, customs and general corporate advice to local and multinational companies with business in Uruguay, ranging from the installation process to their day-to-day operations.

She also has prior experience in corporate advisory, assisting clients in drafting commercial contracts, confidentiality agreements, personal data protection, free trade zones, and prevention of asset laundering and terrorism financing.
