Her practice involves advice to local and international companies on Intellectual Property and Copyright matters, assisting clients on the trademark registration process, patents, and industrial designs. She also advises clients on the registration of trademarks abroad.

Her activity includes trademark portfolio management, filing, counseling, drafting and negotiating contracts, assignments and licenses, as well as administrative and contentious defense.

Before joining FERRERE, she worked with Zacarias & Fernández, a firm specializing in Intellectual Property, advising on and processing foreign trademark registrations.

She earned her degree as attorney, cum laude, from Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción (Paraguay) in 2018.
