In the corporate area she has extensive experience advising national and multinational companies in recurring issues of their daily operations, such as: incorporation of commercial companies, drafting of complex contracts, compliance with commercial-regulatory obligations, negotiations with clients, suppliers and workers, etc. In particular, she has had special experience advising companies related to the health, agro-industrial and banking sectors.

Laura has also participated in complex mergers and acquisitions processes, supporting clients from the preparation of due diligence processes to the review of the contracts for the execution of the operations.

In terms of dispute resolution, she has spent several years sponsoring clients from various business sectors in judicial proceedings, mainly in civil (both ordinary and executive) and labor (reliquidation of social benefits, reinstatement, etc.) procedures. In addition, she has experience in the sponsorship of family proceedings (divorce, inheritance, among others).

Since 2021 she has been recommended by The Legal 500 magazine for her professional practice in dispute resolution.

Before joining Ferrere, she worked as in-house counsel at one of the most important banks in Bolivia. She also spent several years as an associate at a major law firm in the country.
