Her professional practice is focused on advising both local and international companies on matters related to the establishment, operation, dissolution, and liquidation of companies. 

Her experience includes corporate restructuring processes, development of special projects, and support in the day-to-day operations of companies, including comprehensive advice on due diligence processes.

Luana has advised large multinational firms with operations in Paraguay. Among these international clients are Ericsson, Bimbo, Uber, JBS Leather, ThyssenKrupp, and others.

Before joining FERRERE, Luana worked as a legal assistant at an accounting consultancy, specializing in corporate and labor law.

Luana graduated from the Faculty of Legal and Diplomatic Sciences at the Universidad Católica “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción”, where she earned her law degree in 2023, with a focus on Private Law. Her Degree Thesis centers on "The Civil Liability of Directors in Public Limited Companies."
