Her practice involves advice to local and international companies on Intellectual Property and Copyright matters. She handles registration procedures for trademarks, patents, drawings and industrial designs. Her practice also includes advice on trademark registration abroad.

Her activity focuses on trademark portfolio management, especially administrative and litigious defense, as well as trademark registration procedures, advice, drafting and negotiation of contracts, transfers and licenses.

Before joining FERRERE, she worked in judiciary administration at the Civil and Commercial Court of First Instance of the Capital.

Mariana earned her degree as attorney from the Law and Diplomacy School of Universidad Católica “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción” (Paraguay) in 2024, following defense of her final thesis on Legal Protection of Copyrights in the Metaverse.
