His practice involves advising local and foreign clients on general corporate legal matters.

Mario is actively involved in issues related to corporate consulting, real estate, mergers and acquisitions as well as commercial contracts. Additionally, he has experience in providing regular advice to corporate clients on competition law matters, including the notification processes for economic concentration transactions before the competition authority in Paraguay.

Before joining FERRERE, Mario worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he was part of the General Directorate of Consular Affairs. He also worked at another corporate firm in Asunción.

Mario graduated as a lawyer with a focus on private law from the Faculty of Legal and Diplomatic Sciences at the Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción in 2023.
