Her practice focuses on civil and commercial disputes and asset recovery. She regularly advises banks, insurers, agribusiness companies, industries, wholesalers and training companies.

She has experience in litigation deriving from termination of distribution and agency agreements, and medical liability.

In the context of her volunteer activities, Martina has participated as tutor in the Liceo Jubiliar high school tutorship program and collaborates with the Law Clinic of DINALI (National Office for Support to Released Inmates), in the framework of the agreement signed with the Ministry of Social Development (MIDES).

Since March 2022 she has been an instructor in Civil Law I and II at Universidad de la República (Uruguay).
