Her practice focuses on civil and commercial disputes, as well as asset recovery. She regularly advises banks, insurers, agribusinesses, industries, wholesalers and entertainment companies.
She has broad experience in civil and commercial litigation including controversies deriving from contract relationships, insurance claims, decennial liability, medical liability, and termination of distribution and agency agreements, in addition to asset recovery actions. She assists companies across diverse sectors in developing strategies and managing complex disputes, in both judicial and extrajudicial venues.
In the context of her volunteer activities, Martina participates as tutor in the Liceo Jubilar high school tutorship program and collaborates with the Law Clinic of DINALI (National Office for Support to Released Persons), in the framework of the agreement signed with the Ministry of Social Development (MIDES).
Since March 2022 she has been an instructor in Civil Law I and II at Universidad de la República (Uruguay).
