Her practice involves advice to local and international clients on company organization and functioning, corporate restructuring processes, mergers and acquisitions, transformations, shareholders agreements, and company dissolution and liquidation.

In the years prior to joining FERRERE, she worked for different law firms as a paralegal, specifically in the Intellectual Property area.

Maura graduated from the School of Law and Diplomacy of Universidad Católica “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción” in 2024, with a thesis on “Cybercrime in the Paraguayan Penal System. Phishing in Comparative and National Law.”
