Her practice focuses on comprehensive advice to local and foreign companies on labor and social security issues, including litigious labor matters and procedures before the Labor Administration.

Her work includes advice on matters of health, job safety and hygiene, labor law compliance, company decentralization processes, drafting of labor agreements, as well as union relations and negotiations. She also participates actively in labor disputes and individual and collective negotiation processes.

She has participated in company acquisitions as a member of legal due diligence procedures, handling review, analysis and detection of labor and social security contingencies.
