Her expertise in Oil & Gas covers a variety of issues, including the negotiation, analysis and drafting of contracts related to hydrocarbon exploration and exploitation activities, Petroleum Services Contracts, dispute resolution, and environmental and safety regulatory issues.

Within the natural resources and mining area, Natalia has experience in the review and analysis of administrative mining agreements, licenses, and patents, and in drafting complex reports on related subjects.

Natalia has extensive experience in the corporate area, assisting companies in every stage of their line of business, as well as in complex M&A transactions, both nationally and internationally.

She is currently completing a Master’s degree in Legal Tech and Energy Law, as a Fundación Carolina scholarship holder, with Universidad CEU San Pablo and the law firm Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo, where she did an internship in the city of Madrid, Spain.
