In his area, he focuses on planning strategies to defend clients’ interests in diverse administrative proceedings with government authorities, particularly in penalty proceedings in the phases of responding to motions granted, filing administrative appeals and actions for annulment of administrative acts before the Court of Administrative Disputes. He also advises clients on government procurement processes, as well as on performance and termination of their government contracts.
His experience at the firm has allowed him to participate in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, and in key aspects of client transactions related to antitrust and consumer law, advising clients on administrative investigations, and on review of their policies on products and services to end consumers, commercial promotions and advertising, among others.
As part of the firm's professional development program, he was formerly part of FERRERE's Litigation and Arbitration team, strengthening his practice in the resolution of judicial proceedings and out-of-court negotiations. He was also part of the Governance and Corporate team, collaborating with clients in recurring governance and corporate aspects of their operations.
