Her practice focuses on advising local and international companies on corporate, financial, and distribution transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as project financing. She has participated in various M&A processes across multiple industries, covering the stages of due diligence, contract negotiation, and transaction closing.
She also has experience advising clients on national and international bids for infrastructure and energy projects, public-private partnerships, energy procurement, among other areas. Additionally, she has advised clients on matters related to domestic and international commercial arbitration, including the review and drafting of arbitration clauses, as well as the recognition, enforcement, and annulment of arbitral awards.
Before joining FERRERE, Noelia worked at a Civil and Commercial Court of the Capital, where she was involved in the resolution of complex civil and commercial disputes.
Noelia earned her degree as attorney and notary from Universidad Nacional de Asunción (Paraguay), where she graduated with honors. She is currently pursuing a specialization in University Teaching at the same institution.
During her student years, Noelia represented Universidad Nacional de Asunción in different international arbitration competitions as rapporteur and team speaker, where she ranked among the best speakers. In 2024, she was awarded a scholarship by The Hague Academy of International Law to attend a course in Private International Law.
