He participates regularly in complex civil and commercial disputes involving local and international clients, including financial institutions, insurers, construction sector companies and the mining industry, among others.

His professional practice also includes advice to clients on contract issues and potential disputes. Additionally, he has experience in corporate bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.

In the context of his work with the firm, Sebastián has participated in pro bono activities and was a tutor for the Liceo Jubilar high school tutorship program and the Salir Adelante foundation.

He is the author of articles on his specialty and was also a speaker on the FERRERE team that won first prize in the first Uruguayan Arbitration Competition, organized by the Uruguayan Bar Association and LIDECO.
